Receptionist
Nature of Job:
As the receptionist, the primary responsibility is answering the phone. Another key for the LLG receptionist is hospitality, especially when greeting clients and other visitors both by phone and in-person. Administrative tasks include greeting clients, Centers of Influence, prospects, trade partners, filing, faxing, processing incoming mail, and dictation.
Examples of Work:
- First to answer phones
- Making sure conference room is cleaned up after each visitor leaves
- Greeting and announce clients and other visitors
- Coordinating administrative tasks according to priority with full time staff
- Sorting incoming mail
- Opening and closing office procedures
- Opening and closing client files
- Ongoing maintenance of potential client files
- Placing office supply orders
