Donation Requests

Leighton Legal Group, LLC is proud to be part of the Bloomington-Normal business culture. We believe in being active participants in making our community a better place in which to live, and we give consideration to all legitimate donation requests that are made. It is REQUIRED for tax purposes that every donation request be sent to our office and that the following guidelines are followed:

• All requests MUST be submitted, in writing, on the requestor’s official organization letterhead via mail or fax.
• Organizations making the request MUST be non-profit and tax-exempt, including schools and churches.
• All requests MUST be accompanied by a COMPLETED Donation Request Form.
• Requests for fundraisers to benefit an individual or family are generally not honored.
• All requests MUST be received no less than four (4) weeks in advance.
• To be supportive of the community overall, organizations should make no more than one request per year.

NOTE: Submitting a complete request does not guarantee a donation, as donations are dependent upon a variety of factors.
